This is done by immersion the plates in chemical baths in combination

with high pressure cleaning.

Repair:

If needed, gasket groove-area repair.

Crack detection:

Careful control of leakage with special UV crack detection equipment.

Placing new gaskets:

The placing of the new gaskets happens by means of one or two components glue.

Vulcanization:

Post-treatment in the oven after replacing the gasket, to obtain a superior adhesion.
