The evaporator series FME has been designed in order to grant the highest COP levels, thanks to reduced approaches between evaporation temperature and outlet fluid temperature.

These heat exchangers are built with special finned tubes manufactured in WTK workshop: they present a very wide range of models with many capacities at different conditions thanks to different standard lengths.

On request they can be provided with a patented IRS (integrated recovery system) mounted in the evaporator body. Different materials are available for special applications. A separate series with a double body, named FL, is also available

Revolutionary and innovative from the point of view of technology and construction. These heat exchangers, called “single-pass” or counter-flow evaporators, have been designed and manufactured to achieve the highest efficiency levels.

Designed for applications with R134a.

These technologically advanced evaporators are produced in three standard series, providing a wide range of capacities, dimensions and applications:

CE - SERIES

suitable for applications with different refrigerants

(R22, R407C, R404A, R410A)

BE - SERIES

characterized by compact dimensions

FE - SERIES

especially designed for applications with R134a.  

In order to meet specific requests coming from its customers, WTK offers a wide range of tailor made solutions.

All WTK heat exchangers are extremely adaptable: they can be made of special materials (such as stainless steel and CuNi), in non standard dimensions (evaporators length can be extended of 1 m or 500 mm) or with special supports matching the different components of the chiller (compressors and condensers).
